Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed on 1/12/2022 has corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite complaint investigation survey exited on 11/16/22 with offsite investigation completed on 11/18/22.
